Chytré účetnictví ("Smart Accounting") is a new online-first accounting and company-formation service focused on the Czech market. We combine the expertise of an experienced accountant with a fully remote process: from registering an s.r.o. to monthly bookkeeping, VAT returns and tax advice.

We serve Czech entrepreneurs and international founders who want a credible EU legal base — the Czech Republic offers full EU single-market access, a low CZK 1 minimum share capital and a well-established business register (obchodní rejstřík).

What makes us different

• 100% remote. Everything runs online — documents, signatures, communication. No visits to our office required.
• Accountable expertise. Our work is led by an experienced certified accountant (účetní / daňový poradce being onboarded) — not just data entry.
• English-language service. We work in English end to end for non-resident clients. Czech documentation is handled for you.
• Primary-source accuracy. All tax and legal information on this site references primary Czech sources: Finanční správa, justice.cz/obchodní rejstřík, ČSSZ and MPSV.
• Honest pricing. We give a clear, all-in quote before any work starts. No hidden notarial or state-fee surprises.

Our approach to accuracy

Czech tax and company law changes frequently. We update our guides whenever primary legislation or official guidance changes, and we date every update prominently. The calculators and articles on this site cite the relevant regulation and are reviewed whenever a new annual threshold or rate is published.
