1. Scope

These terms govern the use of https://chytreucetnictvi.com and the ordering of services from Chytré účetnictví. By using this site or submitting an enquiry you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide Czech company formation (s.r.o. registration, notarial deed coordination, IČO filing), accounting (bookkeeping, VAT returns, year-end statements), VAT registration, payroll processing and related advisory. The exact scope and price are agreed individually via a written quote before any work begins. No service begins until a quote is accepted.

3. Information on this site

The articles, calculators and tax information on this site are general and informational only. They do not constitute personal legal or tax advice and are not a substitute for professional consultation. We update content regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy for every regulatory change. Always verify figures with the relevant Czech authority (Finanční správa, ČSSZ, obchodní rejstřík) or consult a qualified adviser before acting.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in Czech Crowns (CZK). For international clients, indicative EUR amounts may be shown but are not fixed — the CZK amount in the written quote is binding. State fees (notarial, court/registry, other official charges) are paid separately at cost and itemised in the quote. Payment terms are set in the individual service agreement.

5. Liability

We apply professional care in delivering the services described in the agreed scope. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided and does not extend to indirect losses, loss of profit or consequential damages, except where this is required by mandatory Czech law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Czech law. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent Czech courts.
